About the position

We are seeking experienced Ceramic Tile and Backsplash Installers to join our busy shop. This full-time position offers year-round, consistent work, allowing you to set your own availability for installations while we manage the logistics.

Responsibilities

• Install ceramic tile and backsplashes according to specifications.
• Ensure quality and precision in all installations.
• Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
• Communicate effectively with clients and team members.

Requirements

• Experience installing flooring, specifically ceramic tile and backsplashes.
• Must have your own truck and tools for installation.
• Ability to pass a background check, including having a valid driver's license and social security card.
• Required to have insurance, with assistance available.
