Certificated substitutes must have a valid CA teaching credential or 30 day substitute permit. Certificated substitutes need to register with the Siskiyou County Office of Education and can designate what grades and schools they are interested in subbing for.

Responsibilities

• Substitute for district teachers in grades TK through 12.

Requirements

• Valid CA teaching credential or 30 day substitute permit.
• Registration with the Siskiyou County Office of Education.
