TeamHealth is seeking a certified anesthesiologist assistant (CAA) to join our anesthesiology team at Palm Beach Gardens Medical Center in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida. Responsibilities
- Provide anesthesia care for a variety of surgical cases including cardiac, thoracic, vascular, orthopedic, neurology, spines, ENT, urology, plastics, gastroenterology, and cardiology.
- Collaborate with the anesthesiology team to ensure high-quality patient care.
- Maintain a high level of autonomy in practice while adhering to safety and quality standards.
- Participate in mentorship programs, especially for cardiac cases.
Requirements
- Must be a certified anesthesiologist assistant (CAA) with relevant experience.
- Strong clinical skills in anesthesia administration and patient management.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience in cardiac anesthesia cases is preferred but not mandatory.
