About the position

Select Physical Therapy is seeking two full-time Certified Athletic Trainers (ATC) or Injury Prevention Specialists to provide on-site injury prevention services at a large employer in Memphis, TN. The role involves delivering comprehensive injury prevention services, including assessments, ergonomic solutions, and health consultations, while working under the direction of an Account/Program Manager. The position offers both day and night shifts, with competitive compensation and opportunities for continuing education.

Responsibilities

• Provide full-time on-site coverage for an industrial client under the direction of the Account/Program Manager.
• Deliver a full continuum of Onsite Injury Prevention Services at the assigned location.
• Conduct assessments, triage, and first aid application for workplace injuries or discomfort.
• Perform ergonomic risk assessments and implement ergonomic solutions.
• Design and implement functional assessments, preventative exercise, and stretching programs.
• Provide job coaching and behavior modification in both one-on-one and group settings.
• Educate and train employees on a wide range of injury prevention topics.
• Consult on office ergonomics and health and wellness initiatives.
• Document and report on employee encounters and maintain regular communication with both the client and Select leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science degree required.
• National Athletic Trainers Association (NATA-BOC) Board of Certification.
• Eligible for state license.
• Minimum one year of experience, with industrial setting experience preferred.
• Cardio Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification.
• Strong knowledge of musculoskeletal injury assessment and prevention interventions.
