About the position

Friendship Village Tempe is seeking a Caregiver to join our Memory Care team part time! The position involves assisting in the provision of resident care by performing non-licensed nursing/caregiver duties under the direction and supervision of a designated licensed nurse or the Assisted Living Services Manager, following established policies and procedures. The schedule for this position is Fridays only from 2:00pm to 10:00pm, with a starting pay range of $16.85 to $18.10.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the provision of resident care
• Perform non-licensed nursing/caregiver duties
• Follow established policies and procedures under supervision
• Maintain a safe and supportive environment for residents

Requirements

• Three months of previous experience in a hospital, nursing home, or assisted living setting or at least one year of experience as a Medical Assistant
• At least 18 years of age
• Must have Caregiver Certification in Supervisory, Personal and Directed Care levels
• Maintain CPR certification and First Aid training specific to adults
• Must possess and maintain valid Level 1 Arizona Fingerprint Clearance card
