Responsibilities

  • Manage a team in the dietary department.

Requirements

  • Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) certification is required.
  • Prior experience as a Food Services Director in a medical facility or central kitchen is ideal.
  • Relevant ServSafe and sanitation certifications are necessary.
  • Nutritional certification is ideal but not required.
  • Culinary training is highly desirable but not required.
