Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and companionship to elderly clients.
• Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation.
• Administer medication as prescribed and monitor clients' health conditions.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients.
• Document and report any changes in clients' conditions to the appropriate personnel.
• Support clients in maintaining their independence and dignity.

Requirements

• Must have a High School Diploma or GED.
• Valid Certified Home Health Aide certification.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug test.
• Must have a valid NJ Driver's License and a reliable vehicle for hourly caregivers.

• Experience as a Direct Support Professional, Personal Assistant, or in Human Services.
