About the position
Senior Helpers is seeking a Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) to provide essential care to clients throughout central New Jersey. This part-time position offers flexible scheduling and competitive hourly pay based on experience and client needs. The role is crucial in supporting clients' daily living activities and ensuring their well-being.
Responsibilities
- Provide personal care and assistance to clients in their homes.
- Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation.
- Monitor clients' health and report any changes to the supervising nurse or family members.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients.
- Document care provided and communicate effectively with clients and their families.
Requirements
- Must be a Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA).
- Entry-level position, suitable for those new to the field.
- Must provide PPD test results and Covid Vaccine Card with booster.
- Must have a Social Security Card and a government-issued photo ID.
- Must provide two references.
