Your work will involve a variety of tasks, including personal hygiene assistance, meal preparation, light housekeeping, and transportation to appointments or social activities. Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Monitor clients' health status and report any changes to healthcare personnel.
• Assist with medication management as needed.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
• Help clients maintain their independence and quality of life.
• Prepare meals and assist with nutrition needs.
• Perform light housekeeping tasks to ensure a clean and safe environment.
• Transport clients to appointments or social activities.

Requirements

• Must be a certified home health aide with valid certification.
• Previous experience in home health care or a related field is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Compassionate and patient demeanor.
• Basic understanding of medical terminology and health care practices.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with elderly or disabled clients.
• Knowledge of first aid and CPR.
• Bilingual skills are a plus.
