RHYTHM Cycle & Sculpt is seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Certified Mat Pilates Instructor to join our team! Our boutique fitness studio offers a dynamic mix of cycle and sculpt classes, and we're looking to expand our Mat Pilates format to meet growing client demand. Responsibilities

• Lead engaging, safe, and effective Mat Pilates classes, accommodating various fitness levels and ensuring a positive experience for all clients.
• Build relationships with clients and provide guidance and modifications as needed to help them reach their fitness goals.
• Assist with maintaining a clean and organized studio environment to create a welcoming space for clients.
• Work closely with our team to enhance class offerings, participate in workshops, and stay aligned with RHYTHM's brand and values.

Requirements

• Current Mat Pilates Instructor Certification required.
• Previous experience instructing Pilates classes preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to adapt classes for different skill levels.
• Passionate about fitness and committed to continuous learning.
