Responsibilities
- Administer medications to residents as prescribed.
- Monitor residents for side effects and effectiveness of medications.
- Educate residents and their families about medication management.
- Maintain accurate records of medication administration.
- Assist in the development of care plans for residents.
- Provide support and companionship to residents.
Requirements
- Valid Certified Medication Aide certification.
- Experience in a healthcare or senior living environment is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
Nice-to-haves
- Previous experience as a Med Tech or in a similar role.
