About the position
NaphCare is hiring a Certified Medical Assistant (CMA)-JBCT just like you to join our team at the Mendocino County Jail facility located in Ukiah, CA. Full Time, Part Time, and PRN shifts are available! Pay rates vary based on shift, site needs, and experience. Shifts and hours vary based on coverage needs and can be discussed upon interview. Responsibilities
- Provide routine clinical tasks
- Perform routine blood drawing procedures
- Take and document vital signs, height and weight, assist with PPDs and EKGs
- Assist with examinations and/or treatments
- Assist with patient hygiene, ambulation and dressing changes
Requirements
- California or National Certification is required for Certified Medical Assistants
- Must have a high school diploma or GED certificate
- A valid CPR card
- Office Lab Assistant License (For Nevada only)
