About The Position
The General Care position involves assisting residents with their daily living activities and providing basic nursing duties within the parameters of licensure. The role includes administering medication, reviewing care plans, and ensuring that all required activities of daily living are met for assigned residents. Additionally, the position requires preparing and serving meals, monitoring and documenting residents' vitals and behaviors, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. The caregiver will also be responsible for transporting residents to and from activities and attending required training sessions.
