Responsibilities

  • Complete intake process with clients.
  • Meet with clients daily based on insurance approval of authorization units.
  • Attend weekly supervision with clinical staff.
  • Respond to crisis situations for assigned clients within a specified timeframe based on insurance approval.
  • Link clients to community resources such as primary care providers and outpatient services.
  • Assist clients in stabilizing their mental health through medication management and coping skills.
  • Complete daily progress notes and discharge planning based on services provided.

Requirements

  • Must be mobile crisis certified.
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in social work, psychology, human services, counseling, or a closely related field.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience.
  • Experience serving adults with varying mental health diagnoses.
  • Basic computer and keyboarding knowledge.
  • Good time management, verbal, and written communication skills.
