About the position

The Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) position at Assured & Associates involves providing essential support to residents by assisting with their daily living activities and ensuring their comfort and well-being. The role requires accurate documentation of care and vital signs, as well as effective communication with the healthcare team regarding any changes in residents' conditions.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as turning, positioning, toileting, bathing, grooming, feeding, and mobility.
• Obtain and record vital signs and weight as assigned.
• Accurately document all care as required by company policy and in compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Take temperature, pulse, and respiration.
• Perform care as defined by the resident plan of care.
• Observe residents and report changes in condition, attitude, reactions, appetite, and behavior to the team leader.

Requirements

• High School Diploma
• State Certification
• CPR Certification
• First Aid Certification
• TB Test Results
• 1-2 years experience (preferred)
