Responsibilities

- Measure and record vital signs as assigned by the Charge Nurse.
- Detect and report situations that may cause resident accidents or injuries.
- Contribute knowledge of residents' conditions to care plans.
- Observe and report symptoms and changes in residents' conditions to the Charge Nurse.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) license.
- Experience in a long-term care facility is preferred.
