About the position

Capital City Nurses, a Care Advantage, Inc. company, is seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) and Personal Care Assistants (PCA). This role involves providing compassionate in-home care services to clients in the Prince William County area. Responsibilities

  • Provide in-home care services to clients in the Prince William County area.
  • Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation.
  • Administer medications as prescribed and monitor clients' health status.
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.
  • Document care provided and report any changes in clients' conditions.

Requirements

  • Eligible to work in the United States (no sponsorship available).
  • Two satisfactory professional references.
  • Reliable transportation to travel to client locations.
  • Compassionate, respectful, and committed to excellence with a positive attitude.

Nice-to-haves

  • Previous experience as a caregiver or in a similar role.
  • Certification as a CNA or PCA.
