About the position

The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) position at Adoration Home Health and Hospice involves providing essential one-on-one care to individuals in a home care setting. This role is an excellent opportunity for CNAs to enhance their skills while making a significant impact on the lives of clients by assisting them with personal care and home management tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care tasks such as hygiene, grooming, feeding, and ambulation.
• Monitor medical conditions and provide basic health care support.
• Perform home management tasks including basic housekeeping and shopping.

Requirements

• Minimum age of 18 years.
• Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record as per agency policy.
• Certification as a CNA or Home Health Care Aide as required by state licensure.
• Completion of a recognized home care aide training program or 6 months of recent experience as an aide.
• Ability to utilize proper body mechanics while lifting, with the capacity to lift up to 75 lbs.
• Physical ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, stoop, push, pull, and reach for extended periods.
