About the position

As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) at Shawnee Gardens Healthcare & Rehab Center, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional nursing care to our residents. Your responsibilities will include assisting residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as eating, dressing, transferring, walking, bathing, toileting, and hygiene support. You will also be responsible for promptly responding to resident call lights, preparing residents for therapy sessions, activities, and appointments, and adhering to infection control procedures. Documentation and charting of care for each resident will be an essential part of your role, ensuring that all care provided is accurately recorded in accordance with our policies and procedures. Responsibilities

  • Enhancing the vibrancy and quality of life for our residents.

Requirements

  • A valid certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA).

  • Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English.
