Responsibilities

• Float to other areas for additional support as needed.

Requirements

• Completion of a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) program.
• Current State of Alaska Certified Nurse Assistant License.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 90 days of hire.
• Techniques for Effective Aggression Management (TEAM) training within 90 days of hire.
• Behavioral Emergency Response Team (BERT) training within 90 days of hire.
• CNA I: No prior experience required; must complete initial advanced skills training checklists and advance to CNA II level within 6 months.
• CNA II: Must master entry level CNA I skills and duties and complete initial advanced skills training checklist within 6 months of hire.

Nice-to-haves
