About the position

The Richland Hospital is seeking dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our per diem team. These positions require working 12-hour shifts with a variable schedule, including weekends. As a vital member of the direct care team, the Certified Nursing Assistant plays a crucial role in ensuring high-quality patient care. The primary responsibilities include complete and accurate data collection and recording, as well as the execution of routine and delegated direct care activities. CNAs will work closely with Registered Nurses to prioritize workloads effectively, ensuring that patient care outcomes are achieved efficiently and compassionately.
