About the position

Kendal at Hanover is a non-profit Continuing Care Retirement Community dedicated to serving a vibrant community of 400 residents. We are seeking compassionate and collaborative Licensed Nursing Assistants (LNAs) to deliver exceptional care to residents in our assisted living areas. In this role, you will provide physical, emotional, and social support to residents, ensuring that their needs are met in accordance with established practices for nursing assistants and care partners. As an LNA, you will be responsible for assisting residents with daily living activities, monitoring their health and well-being, and providing companionship. We offer competitive compensation starting at $21.50 per hour, with potential for higher rates based on experience, in addition to shift and weekend differentials. This is a full-time position with various shift options available, including 12-hour and 8-hour shifts, allowing for flexibility in your work schedule.

Responsibilities

  • Provide physical, emotional, and social support to residents in assisted living areas.
  • Assist residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Monitor residents' health and report any changes to nursing staff.
  • Foster meaningful connections with residents and fellow staff members.

Requirements

  • Valid Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) certification.
