Responsibilities
- Assist patients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Monitor patient conditions and report any changes to the care team.
- Provide emotional support and assistance to families during their healthcare journeys.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients.
- Document patient care and activities accurately and timely.
Requirements
- Maintain state certification as a certified nursing assistant.
- 1+ years of nursing assistant experience in a hospital or long-term care facility.
- Reliable transportation is required.
- Ability to sit, stand, bend, and move intermittently throughout the workday.
- Ability to lift at least 25 lbs and bear the weight of an average adult effectively.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience in hospice or palliative care settings.
- Bilingual skills to assist diverse patient populations.
