Responsibilities

  • Assist patients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Monitor patient conditions and report any changes to the care team.
  • Provide emotional support and assistance to families during their healthcare journeys.
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients.
  • Document patient care and activities accurately and timely.

Requirements

  • Maintain state certification as a certified nursing assistant.
  • 1+ years of nursing assistant experience in a hospital or long-term care facility.
  • Reliable transportation is required.
  • Ability to sit, stand, bend, and move intermittently throughout the workday.
  • Ability to lift at least 25 lbs and bear the weight of an average adult effectively.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in hospice or palliative care settings.
  • Bilingual skills to assist diverse patient populations.
