About the position

We are seeking compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team in providing quality care to residents in our Long-Term Care (LTC) and Rehabilitation units. This role is essential in ensuring comfort, safety, and dignity for our residents, while fostering a positive and supportive atmosphere.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and eating.
• Monitor vital signs of residents.
• Help maintain a clean and safe environment for residents.
• Work under the direction of a registered nurse (RN) or licensed practical nurse (LPN).
• Provide compassionate care to improve residents' quality of life.

Requirements

• Certification as a Nursing Assistant is required.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Patience and empathy in dealing with residents.
• Ability to work well in a team.
• Dependable and detail-oriented.
