Responsibilities

  • Review certified payroll reports to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations.
  • Complete document control audits to maintain proper records.
  • Manage the regional certified payroll program effectively.
  • Serve as a liaison between the company and the Department of Labor regarding compliance issues.
  • Utilize electronic certified payroll software to streamline processes and ensure compliance.
  • Collaborate with the project team to address and resolve labor compliance requirements.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • At least two years of DBA/DBRA compliance program management experience.
  • Proficiency in electronic certified payroll software such as LCPtracker.
  • Strong computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Applications and Oracle.
  • Background in administrative support is preferred.
  • Ability to navigate regulatory requirements and attention to detail.
  • Effective communication skills.

Nice-to-haves

  • Business or administrative college coursework.
  • Previous experience in Federal Construction Compliance.
