The Payroll Specialist will manage payroll functions for up to 500 Union and Non-Union employees, ensuring accurate and timely processing in compliance with government regulations. This role involves overseeing salaries, benefits, garnishments, taxes, and more, while maintaining confidentiality and discretion.

Responsibilities

• Manage payroll for up to 500 Union and Non-Union employees.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in full-cycle payroll.
• At least 2 years of experience in Union Payroll/prevailing wage.
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, HR, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Experience with ADP System or other payroll software programs.
• Strong communication skills and professional demeanor.
