The CPA will be responsible for providing audit and tax services to a diverse clientele, including corporations, partnerships, and high net worth individuals, while maintaining a client-centric approach.

Responsibilities

• Prepare federal and state corporate, individual, and partnership tax returns.
• Conduct audit and attest work including compilations, reviews, personal financial statements, and financial statement preparation.
• Provide and maintain documentation to support tax return calculations.
• Reconcile book to tax income.
• Interact with clients regarding tax return information and deadlines, keeping the team informed on status.

Requirements

• 4+ years of public accounting experience.
• Experience with preparation of individual, partnership, and corporate tax returns, financial statements, and payroll returns.
• Basic knowledge of federal and state tax compliance.
• Strong technology skills and proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting is required; a Master's in Taxation or Accounting is a plus.
• CPA license or pursuing educational requirements for CPA license.
