  • Provide expert tax advice to clients, helping them understand their tax obligations and opportunities for tax savings.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to gather necessary information, address concerns, and provide updates on tax matters.
  • Utilize QuickBooks to manage client financial records, including bookkeeping, account reconciliation, and financial reporting.
  • Train and assist clients in using QuickBooks efficiently for their financial management.
  • Develop and implement tax strategies for clients, ensuring long-term financial health and compliance.
  • Offer personalized financial planning services, including budgeting, forecasting, and investment advice.

Requirements

  • Active CPA license
  • 3-5 years of tax experience, with the ability to prepare and review both business and individual returns
  • Proficient in preparing individual federal and state tax returns for all states
  • Experienced with various types of returns, including Corporation, S corporation, LLC, partnership, trusts, and gift taxes
  • Proficient in QuickBooks
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work independently
