Responsibilities

• Prepare and review financial statements in accordance with regulatory requirements.
• Conduct cash flow analysis to ensure adequate funding for operations.
• Manage corporate accounting functions, including accounts payable and receivable.
• Provide regulatory reporting as required by governmental agencies.
• Understand Non-Profit and Trust returns.
• Collaborate with management on financial management strategies to enhance profitability.
• Utilize accounting software such as QuickBooks and Pro Series for efficient record-keeping.
• Analyze debits and credits to ensure accuracy in financial documentation.
• Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA certification is required.
• Proven experience in corporate accounting or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory reporting standards and practices.
• Proficiency in accounting software, particularly QuickBooks and Pro Series.
• Excellent analytical skills with a focus on cash flow analysis and financial management.
• Familiarity with payroll processes and compliance requirements.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
