About the position

We are seeking a skilled Certified Public Accountant (CPA) to join our team at Adrenaline Consulting, LLC. This part-time position involves overseeing financial operations, ensuring compliance with regulations, and providing strategic financial guidance. The role requires working directly with the COO to manage the financials of our parent company and a few subsidiaries, with an estimated commitment of 10 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Conduct financial analysis, consulting, and reporting
• Manage QuickBooks accounting software for multiple entities
• Prepare and review financial statements
• Provide expertise on potential Tax Credits and reporting tax projections
• Perform audits and ensure accuracy of financial records
• Offer insights on financial planning and budgeting
• Handle tax processing and submittal at the state and federal levels

Requirements

• Strong financial understanding of debits and credits
• Proficiency in financial accounting principles
• Expertise in QuickBooks management
• Ability to analyze complex financial data efficiently

Nice-to-haves

• 2 years of accounting experience (Preferred)
