About the position

We are seeking a knowledgeable Certified Public Accountant (CPA) to join our team at America Installers LLC. The ideal candidate will be responsible for documenting the company's financial transactions, preparing financial statements, and managing payroll. This role requires fluency in Spanish and a strong understanding of accounting best practices, making it essential for the candidate to be detail-oriented and highly organized.

Responsibilities

• Enter financial data and transactions
• Analyze budgets and other financial information
• Reconcile bank statements
• Prepare financial reports and statements
• Verify the accuracy of transactions that have been entered
• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Create accounting policies to comply with all rules and regulations
• Participate in strategic planning
• Conduct internal audits
• Process payroll

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field
• Valid CPA certification in compliance with the state Board of Accountancy regulations
• Knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP)
• Good with spreadsheets, experienced in Microsoft Excel, QuickBooks, and basic accounting systems
• Strong mathematical and analytical skills
• Excellent attention to detail, time management, and communication skills
