Responsibilities

• Preparation of personal tax returns and business flow-through returns
• Monthly closings on closely held clients
• Downloading data to QuickBooks
• Basic monthly trend analysis of client results
• Monthly adjusting journal entries
• Tax planning
• Communicating directly with clients regarding tax matters
• Adjustments for cash and accrual accounting differences
• Assisting Partners with client work

Requirements

• BS or BA in accounting
• NJ CPA highly preferred
• 5+ years of public accounting experience
• Experience with CCH suite is a plus
