About the position
Eagleville Hospital is seeking a FT Certified Recovery Specialist. This position is responsible for providing peer support services. This will be done by serving as a consumer advocate, providing information and support for consumers, and assisting consumers in regaining control over their lives through the recovery process. The Certified Recovery Specialist will utilize his/her own personal experiences as part of engaging with and assisting consumers.
Responsibilities
- Provide peer support services to consumers.

- Utilize personal experiences to engage with and assist consumers.
Requirements
- Minimum of a high school diploma.
- Must be a Certified Recovery Specialist or Certified Peer Specialist.
- WRAP Certification preferred.
- Experience in psychiatric unit or facility is a plus but not necessary.
- Ability to communicate well, both orally and written.
- Ability to work within a team structure.
