About the position

The Certified Scrum Master will play a crucial role in facilitating Agile practices within teams, ensuring that projects align with client objectives in the Wealth Management sector. This position requires a hands-on approach with extensive experience in Agile environments, focusing on collaboration with product owners and stakeholders to achieve business goals.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives for Agile teams.
• Work closely with product owners and stakeholders to meet business goals.
• Ensure projects are aligned with client objectives, particularly in Wealth Management.
• Utilize Agile tools like Jira and Confluence to manage workflows.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent.
• 8+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in Agile environments.
• Deep knowledge of Scrum methodologies and practices.
• Certification as a Certified Scrum Master (CSM, PSM, or equivalent).
