Responsibilities

• Lead shifts to ensure customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
• Provide leadership to crew and other managers during shifts.
• Monitor performance and take action to meet McDonald's standards.
• Ensure food safety and cleanliness during shifts.
• Manage inventory and daily maintenance tasks.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain safety and security protocols.
• Schedule staff and provide training as needed.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Mid-level experience in a similar role.
• Strong leadership skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Knowledge of food safety practices.
