About the position

The Certified Training General Manager (CTM) position is a leadership role within a 2nd generation family restaurant group with 30 locations. The CTM is responsible for training and developing managers while ensuring brand standards are met. This role emphasizes strong communication, analytical skills, and the ability to build effective teams, contributing to a culture where team members can thrive.

Responsibilities

• Develop and train managers in a Fast Casual or QSR setting.
• Execute brand standards at each unit.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Analyze performance metrics to achieve results.
• Recruit and build a strong team of employees.

Requirements

• 1 year of experience as a CTM in a Fast Casual or QSR setting.
• Proven success in developing managers.
• Strong communication skills.
