Responsibilities

• Assistance and communication with doctors
• Client communication and education
• Compassionate patient care and handling
• Maintenance of computerized medical records (Vet FM - Apple based system)
• Dentistry
• Anesthesia induction and monitoring
• Laboratory and specimen sample collection and processing
• In-house Heska laboratory equipment
• Radiology - Digital and dental radiographic processing
• Cold laser therapy
• Inventory control

Requirements

• Certified Veterinary Technician - open to new graduates
• Currently licensed in MN or eligible for MN licensure
• Positive attitude
• Self-motivated
• Excellent technical skills
• Willingness to be part of a team devoted to high quality patient care

Nice-to-haves

• Associate's degree (Preferred)
• 1 year of veterinary experience (Preferred)
• 1 year of veterinary technician experience (Preferred)
• Veterinary Technician Certification (Preferred)
