As a Customer Onboarding Specialist at EverCommerce, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our members, who are primarily homebuilders, remodelers, and contractors, receive exceptional support and guidance as they integrate our services into their operations. Your primary responsibility will be to onboard new members effectively, helping them understand and utilize GuildQuality's solutions to address their unique business challenges and goals. You will be expected to maintain a deep expertise in our platform and best practices, enabling you to provide ongoing value and support to our customers. In this role, you will conduct onboarding sessions and training for new members, ensuring they are set up for long-term success with our services. You will collaborate with various interdepartmental resources to facilitate the onboarding process and ensure a smooth transition for our members. Additionally, you will be responsible for integrating our performance-based data analytics into their business operations and assisting with the integration of social media platforms and website widgets. Your role will also involve recording detailed activities of all customer interactions, analyzing customer feedback, and communicating insights to the Communications Team and the VP of Member Experience. You will be expected to provide a “wow” service experience in every interaction, demonstrating your commitment to customer satisfaction and success. This position offers the flexibility of remote work, with the option to work from our Denver office if you are located in Colorado. Overall, your contributions will be vital in helping our members leverage our services to enhance their customer experience and drive business growth.
