The Operations Analyst will support Jefferies Wealth Management's Corporate and Executive Services business, focusing on the transition of executives from illiquid to liquid assets. This role involves managing equity compensation plans, executing 10b5-1 Plans, and providing operational support for various financial transactions. The analyst will also assist in structured products offerings and collaborate with sales teams to enhance client portfolio management.

  • Support FA teams through Wealth's equity, international, and option liaison trading desk using third-party OMS Fidessa and Pershing's NetX360.
  • Provide execution support to sales teams from pre to post market sessions.
  • Track and support 10B5-1 plan operations within the proprietary portal.
  • Maintain, track, and file SEC 144 sales reports for executive clients via the SEC Edgar website.
  • Create management presentations highlighting IPO and secondary retail transactions and advisor business overviews.
  • Manage structured products deal operations and concentration maintenance.
  • Respond to inbound Financial Advisor and Sales Assistant requests for middle office and trade support.
  • Manage day-to-day trade bookings, average pricing, and trade rejects between Fidessa GCTAC and Pershing's NetX360.
  • Maintain client eligibility certifications related to equity capital markets for domestic sales teams.
  • Support block trading and rebalancing systems for discretionary trading accounts.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or related field preferred.
  • 3-5 years of related work experience in financial services.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
  • Strong quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
  • Solid communication skills and presence to interact effectively with the middle office team.
  • Experience with Pershing NetX360, Fidessa, IPREO Equity and Retail Bookbuild, Factset, or similar custodial and client management systems.
  • Experience in financial services operations or middle office roles.
  • Familiarity with equity capital markets and structured products.
