About the position

The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) role at Robert Half is a long-term contract position focused on supporting the current CFO in winding down business operations across multiple international locations. The CFO will be responsible for identifying gaps in the liquidation process, managing statutory reporting, tax provisions, and finalizing financial statements for each international entity.

Responsibilities

• Strategically support the current CFO in the process of business wind down and liquidation across multiple international locations.
• Accurately identify and address gaps before the liquidation move forward is finalized.
• Proactively manage and balance an increasing workload due to the volume of statutory reporting, tax provisions, and finalizing financial statements.
• Use accounting software systems, such as 3M and ADP, to maintain accurate records and manage financial functions.
• Employ CRM and business systems to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
• Conduct auditing and cash flow analysis to ensure financial accuracy and transparency.
• Collaborate on strategic plans and support workload management.
• Oversee budget processes and capital management to ensure financial stability.

Requirements

• Must have a minimum of 15 years of experience in a financial leadership position
• Proficiency in 3M is required
• Extensive knowledge of accounting software systems is necessary
• Experience with ADP - Financial Services is a must
• Familiarity with various business systems will be advantageous
• Experience with CRM software is expected
• Comprehensive understanding of accounting functions is necessary
• Auditing experience is a must
• Proficiency in budget processes is required
• Experience in capital management is necessary
• Must have experience in cash flow analysis
