About the position

The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will play a pivotal role in shaping the financial strategy of a dynamic and growing manufacturing company. This executive position is responsible for managing financial operations and ensuring the company is well-positioned to achieve its ambitious growth goals. The CFO will work closely with the executive team to drive strategic decision-making and growth initiatives, making this an exciting opportunity for a results-driven leader.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement financial strategies and plans that align with the company's overall vision and goals.
  • Lead financial planning and analysis, including forecasting, budgeting, and performance tracking.
  • Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting to internal and external stakeholders, including the Board of Directors and investors.
  • Oversee financial operations, including accounting, tax, treasury, and risk management.
  • Evaluate and manage financial risks and opportunities, and make recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Work closely with the CEO and other senior executives to drive strategic decision-making and growth initiatives.
  • Build and lead a high-performing finance team, and foster a culture of continuous improvement and development.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in progressively responsible financial leadership roles, preferably in Manufacturing.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing financial strategies that drive business growth and profitability.
  • Strong financial acumen and analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions and levels.
  • Experience working with investors and other external stakeholders, and managing M&A activities.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and lead high-performing teams.
