This role is crucial for managing financial operations, overseeing a team, and ensuring effective financial reporting and budgeting as the company expands.

Responsibilities

• Full financial responsibility for the company
• Oversight of a finance team
• Manage external relationships with CPA firm and investors
• Monthly financial reporting
• Budgeting and forecasting
• Job cost and percentage of completion accounting
• Track multiple projects at various phases of completion
• ERP system upgrade
• Other projects as assigned

Requirements

• BA in Accounting or Finance
• 5-7+ years of experience as a CFO, Director of Finance, Controller, or similar role
• Experience in the construction, engineering, or similar industry
