The CFO Intern (Finance) position is designed to provide students with a comprehensive internship experience that may lead to selection into a two-year development rotational program following graduation. This program aims to develop entry-level talent into the future generation of leaders for the organization through meaningful projects, team assignments, senior leader exposure, and professional development opportunities within the Chief Financial Office (CFO) at USAA. Interns will engage in a variety of tasks under direct supervision, following risk and compliance procedures. They will perform routine work assignments and problem resolution to support team members, utilizing financial principles to solve business problems. This includes forecasting, planning, and financial modeling related to income, profitability, liquidity, capital, leverage, asset and liability management, or operating expenses.
