About the position

The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will oversee all financial operations of the company, ensuring compliance with financial regulations and providing strategic financial leadership. This role is crucial for developing financial strategies that align with the company's goals, managing the finance team, and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement financial strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives
• Lead and manage the finance team, providing guidance and support to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
• Oversee financial planning and analysis, including forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis
• Manage investor accounting, including investor reporting and communication
• Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and laws
• Analyze financial data and provide insights and recommendations to the executive team
• Manage cash flow and liquidity, ensuring adequate resources are available to support the company's operations and growth
• Maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, lenders, and financial institutions

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• CPA preferred
• 10+ years of experience in financial management, with at least 5 years at the CFO level
• Experience in investor accounting and reporting
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations and laws
• Proven ability to develop and implement financial strategies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning and analysis
• Ability to analyze complex financial data and provide insights and recommendations to senior leadership
• Experience in managing cash flow and liquidity
• Ability to maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
