About the position

The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the Stockworth Group is responsible for overseeing all financial activities across various companies within the group. This role involves strategic planning, implementation, management, and running of finance-related tasks, including business planning, reporting, forecasting, and budget management. The ideal candidate should possess a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, while being detail-oriented and organized.

Responsibilities

• Tracking cash flow and developing financial plans
• Ensuring financial reports are accurate and completed in a timely manner
• Providing strategic direction and allocating resources appropriately
• Ensuring customer payments are made in full and on time
• Controlling and monitoring expenses
• Tracking projects and making adjustments as needed
• Maintaining all financial documentation and reporting

Requirements

• 3+ years professional experience
• Detail-oriented and organized
• A degree in finance, economics, or a relevant field
• In-depth knowledge of financial practices
• Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods
• Proficiency in the use of financial management software
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Basic knowledge of Google Suite products
