About the position

The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will oversee all financial operations of the organization, managing financial strategies, ensuring the safety of assets, and leading budgeting, accounting, and reporting functions. This role is critical in developing financial models and reports while ensuring compliance with regulations, and it involves supervising the Finance Department and managing staff to drive effective financial planning.

Responsibilities

• Direct all financial activities including accounting, budgeting, and cash flow management.
• Develop financial models and reports, ensuring compliance with regulations.
• Supervise the Finance Department, manage staff, and drive financial planning.
• Maintain internal controls, oversee audits, and manage financial relationships.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field; or 10 years of relevant experience.
• Proven management experience with government contracts and multi-source funding.
• Strong knowledge of financial principles and nonprofit or healthcare finance.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and financial systems.
