Responsibilities

  • Oversee capital management and cash flow analysis to ensure financial stability and proper fund utilization.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the finance team, driving efficiency and accuracy in all financial processes.

Requirements

  • CPA designation or equivalent is required.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in a senior financial management role, with significant experience in the construction and non-profit sector.
  • Expertise in financial auditing, grant accounting, and fund management, with a strong focus on compliance.
  • Proven experience in capital management, cash flow analysis, and multi-entity financial reporting.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with financial software, particularly MIP and Abella Sage, or other ERP systems.
