• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, manage financial risks, and oversee internal audits and controls.
• Provide accurate, timely financial reports to stakeholders, highlighting key metrics, trends, and actionable insights.
• Monitor and manage cash flow, ensuring the company has sufficient liquidity to meet its operational and strategic needs.
• Oversee accounting and finance teams, fostering professional growth and driving process improvements.
• Collaborate with leadership and external stakeholders to support major initiatives, investments, and financial negotiations.
• Identify opportunities for cost savings and operational efficiencies while maintaining financial health.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance or related field.
• CPA designation preferred.
• Recent manufacturing experience.
• Strong understanding of GAAP.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
