Responsibilities

• Manage the accounting team and oversee financial operations.
• Handle cash management and ensure financial health of the organization.
• Report financial status to community partners, the board, and senior management.
• Organize and manage the operating budget, including invoicing and funding from Federal, State, and local sources.

Requirements

• 5 years of demonstrated leadership experience preferred.
• 3 years of prior non-profit experience required.
• 3 years of QuickBooks Online experience required.
• 3 years in a financial supervisory or finance department leadership role required.
