About The Position
The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will play a pivotal role in shaping the financial future of a well-established construction company during a period of rapid growth. This strategic leadership position involves overseeing multiple departments, including Accounting, HR, Contracts, Purchasing, and Equipment/Fleet operations, while collaborating with a dynamic executive team. The CFO will report directly to the CEO and will be responsible for managing critical relationships with banking partners and other key stakeholders.
